We've all had to call in customer service before and when you first hear the representative voice you hear the accent which gives you the assumption that the person must be somewhere across the world. Maybe that person was from India, China, Mexico or the Philippines. SME enterprises and Multinational corporations outsource their products and services in order to reduce operating cost,have access to other markets, increase profit margins, human resources and create jobs for third world developing countries. However it has led to massive layoffs, factory shutdowns, saturated job market, affecting the quality of customer service and negatively impacting the company’s reputation.
