Two high school football players have been found guilty for raping a 16 year old girl at a party last summer while she was intoxicated. One of the boys then took nude photos of the young lady and posted it on online for people to view. The boy who took the pictures was sentenced to a minimum of 2 years, while the other boy was sentenced to a minimum of one year. However, it is possible that they will both remain confined until the age of 21. Although the boys have been sentenced, many people argue that the news coverage often sympathized with the convicted rapists and focused on their "lost potential."
