Kate Middleton has applied to the Intellectual Property Office to have Prince William, Prince Harry and her name trademarked. This will allow Kate’s official charities to use the royal families name on their products and services. Some of the fashion items that will carry the royal families name include: Footwear, clothing and headgear.
