A Louisiana parish has banned wearing pants low enough so underwear is showing and it's expected to be written into law. If you're caught wearing low pants, you could be fined $50 and even more for a second offence. Although the ban was approved 8-1, many groups think the government should play no part in deciding how citizens dress. Some point out that many young men who wear this style are African-American and this new ban is another way of racial profiling.
