A rental property owner's tenants moved out without telling him and handed the keys to another group, which moved in without saying a word. He didn't find out until the rent was way past due. The squatters didn't sign up for utilities. This is in Ohio.

According to Ohio law, the property owner would need to take them to court. Meanwhile, there is no rent coming in, the squatters are damaging his property, and the property owner is forced to pay the utilities. Do you feel this is right?
