An e-cigarette burnt a hole in another passenger’s bag while it had been checked in as luggage at the Logan International Airport in Boston. To put out the fire from the bag, a fire extinguisher ended up having to be used. After the incident air officials are now trying to have e-cigarettes classified as hazardous materials.
