Results: Should Ariana Grande be charged for licking doughnuts that were on display?

It brought on two long YouTube apologies, but Ariana Grande’s doughnut licking video won’t lead to criminal charges. Police in Lake Elsinore, California, said in a statement Monday that the owner of Wolfee Donuts, where the licking took place, declined to press charges against Grande. Police had said the leaked video appeared to show Grande and a man with her “maliciously lick” the doughnuts. However, during an interview with Toronto radio station Kiss 92.5's Roz & Mocha show on Tuesday, the store owner Joe Marin says he did in fact press charges against the "One Last Time" singer the day after the incident. “I think she should be [charged],” he told the station. “If it was one of us or a regular customer, they would do something about it.” Marin says Grande licked two doughnuts and spit on another two. The artist was also taped saying "I hate Americans" and "I hate America."
