Seinfeld actually aired their first ever episode in July 1989, and after poor reviews, NBC decided to not pick up the show. One NBC executive felt it had promise, and ordered 4 more episodes to be shot, and these aired in 1990, to good reviews. The series ended up running for 9 years, with the finale airing on May 14, 1998, winning many Emmy and Golden Globe awards. Were you a fan of the series?
