It is said that the implant targets the brain circuits involved in memory and thinking and, in the Canadian study, it showed a sign of more activity in areas targeted by Alzheimer's. With this finding, would you be more apt to have a family member with the early stages of Alzheimer's have the same procedure done if/when it is available?
