- it's a great exercise for dancers or anyone who wants to have the elongated, toned muscles of a dancer. with pilates, there's also the added benefit of stretching to improve and maintain flexibility.

- warm-up exercises needed to be done at the start of the classes, but they weren't. instructor became irate when i pointed this out. never went to another class after that.
