Are you still trying to get ready for bikini season? A new and supposedly effective diet is making waves in the health community. The diet is called The Fast Diet or the 5:2 diet. Essentially, you eat whatever you want for 5 days and then for 2 days you can't eat more than 600 calories. Many report weight loss while health professionals say it can lead to sleeping difficulties and anxiety.
