Haley, a personal trainer in Santa Monica has been receiving a lot of criticism from her fellow gym goers for going to the gym six days a week while she is 35 weeks pregnant. According to the personal trainer, she receives constant stares and whispers that makes her feel like she is being bullied. However, others encourage her to continue to do what she is doing. Although she receives a mixed result, Haley encourages exercise during pregnancy and states that it is very beneficial for the baby. However, she stresses that it is important to be monitored by a doctor if you are taking up a new routine.
