We just finished moving my daughter into a 3rd floor apartment. To get to the third floor, you have to use a narrow, winding back stairwell. We quickly found out neither the queen mattress or box spring would fit up those stairs. What would you do in this situation? Throw away the mattress and box spring and purchase a twin bed for her.
