Both Belgium and France have reported an increase in anti-Semitic abuse for the year 2012 as well as a gradual increase from prior years. Also on the rise is Global anti-Semitism; nearly 45 percent in 2012, according to a report presented by Israeli Information and Diaspora Minister Yuli Edelstein. In fact, Jewish people living in France are moving to the U.K., while those living in Hungary are moving to Austria.
