My mother lives with my grandmother (her mother). Thinking it would be sweet, I bought them both matching cross necklaces for Christmas. Do you think this was a good idea?

What should I do? Give them each one of the cross necklaces, after all its a mother and her daughter and it would be a sweet thought if they had something to wear that matches.
