I have a 15 yr old nephew thats under the custody of my mom (his mom died 6 years ago), they live with us. He repeatly stays up all night playing his games and gets loud and hits the walls or stomps on the floor when he gets mad at the game. This morning he woke me at 7am still playing the game (woke me all through the night also), my partner has to leave for work at 5am and he kept her up all night. I asked my mom to take care of it,she won't she says he can do what he wants. We want to set his internet to turn off at 11pm. Are we being unreasonable?

He is only 15 and says he doesnt have to do anything we ask, they live in our home, I feel they should show some respect. Am I wrong?

Do you have any suggestion of how to deal with this problem?
