Toddlers spend a great deal of time outside, even in extremely cold temperatures. It's not uncommon to see kids bundled up outside taking a nap in their strollers. Do you feel this constitutes child neglect?

In Vietnam, parents train their babies to pee on command. Parents begin by noticing when their baby starts peeing and make a little whistle sound. Soon the baby associates the whistle with peeing.
