I saw some mittens at a store, a sign above them said they were on sale for $10, but they rang up for $20 when I bought them. It turned out that the sign was placed over the wrong item by a worker, and had been causing chaos all day at various registers, oddly, nobody ever moved the sign. The store refused to honor the $10 sale sign and acted like I was at fault somehow for suggesting they should.
