Results: Couple receives outrageous phone bill

An Oregon couple were shocked with the phone bill they received from Verizon. The total amount: $2,876,248.94. When the couple contacted the company, they found out that it was an error. Verizon has since apologized. Although the amount on the bill was an error, the couple is still being impacted as collection agencies are contacting them and they are having difficulty purchasing a home.
