I'm fairly sure we've all had that moment in the store when we decide we no longer want something in our cart. When this happens to you, what do you do?
I take it right back to where it belongs.

One of my girlfriends just started working a seasonal cashier job at Target. She informed me that if you hand the cashier a food item that is kept in any of the "cold" sections, they cannot put it back. It doesn't matter if you tell them you only had it for 5 minutes, they have to toss it out. I'm assuming this is for liability reasons, but it sounds awfully wasteful to me. Do you know if the store you shop at does the same thing?
