7. In Los Angeles County, it is now legal as well, to street vend food items .. something that has been done for years, but without a food license. I think this is great, as for some, this is their main way to generate income. There is nothing like walking out from a live concert or basketball game and be able to purchase homemade tacos de lengua or tamales. Have you ever purchased food from a street vendor?
