Results: It is all for charity...kind of

Should companies be able to force employees to participate in the company's charitable projects? I am referring to employees having to devote unpaid time or being manipulated to donate cash with the understanding that if they do not donate, they will never advance in the company.

Have you ever worked at a company that pressured employees to participate in the company's charitable campaigns?

Do you think that situation of the upper management using their authority to coerce employees to donating to a charity is done just to make the upper management look good?

Do you think high profile charities that get a lot of corporations raising money for them hinder the ability of small, but just as worthwhile, charities to raise needed funds?
