Results: Sooner Or Later?

At my job, we're asked to show up 15 minutes early. We aren't paid for the extra time, but it means we can square away our belongings and get organized before going to the sales floor. About half my colleagues cruise in right on the dot of their start time, and often a few minutes late. This puts everyone back a few minutes, and inconveniences the rest of us.
