Admin note: Unfortunately, there's nothing on our end that can stop disqualifications, and we don't receive compensation for them. We do report issues to suppliers, though small companies like ours don't always get immediate action. For example, last week two surveys took participants to the end and then showed "Over Quota" messages. We reported this after receiving over 80 complaints. The supplier explained that quotas are based on qualifications not included in the pre-screener, so then we had to go back and ask why they are showing those questions at the END, not the beginning. It's things like this that cause these issues, the suppliers either don't set up things correctly or don't seem to care. We just wanted to give one example of how these issues can happen. Please continue to let us know when issues like this happen, and we'll investigate and add points as needed.
