Passengers aboard a United Airlines flight that was headed to Hong Kong are up in arms after being stuck on the ground in frigid conditions for more than 14 hours. The flight made an emergency landing in Goose Bay, Canada and ended up having to stay at the airport after the plane had a mechanical issue. Passengers could not get off the plane as there was no customs officer on duty at the time.
