Results: Two Men Brawl in Deli Aisle of Grocery Store

According to news reports, Edwin Colon tried to pull his vehicle into a parking space at a Publix grocery store. Meanwhile, Kristin Varley was loading her child into her vehicle and left her grocery cart in the middle of the handicapped parking space Colon was attempting to park in. Colon said he asked her to move the cart so he could park but she shook the the cart and said "what do you want me to do with it?" and began cursing. According to Kristin she said "I'm having contractions. I'm nine months pregnant. I don't feel well today. I can't do this. I can't move it back to Publix". She said it was Colon who began cursing and told her she should of thought of that before she got pregnant. According to an eye witness on a local news show, Kristin did not try to move the cart and showed 'attitude'. Kristen then called her husband and waited for him to arrive at Publix. The husband, Varley, then entered Publix, confronted Colon at the Deli counter, pushing his nose into Colon's face and yelling that his wife was 9 1/2 mos. pregnant. The woman later appeared on the local news with her lawyer stating she did not move the cart because she was in pain and having contractions. She stated she wanted an apology from Colon. Do you think it was a wise decision for the woman to call her husband and wait for him to come to Publix?
