It's a rule in Canada, that obvious Christmas moves, such as decorating and /or playing Christmas carols, are eschewed until the day after Remembrance Day. Stores' practise of displaying Christmas merchandise is acceptable, as long as they aren't going full-out Christmas. Do you agree with this rule?

Both my grandfathers fought and were wounded in WW1. My Dad lied about his age and got into the Merchant Marine at the end of WW2. My husband is in the Royal Canadian Navy, I'm a proud military spouse. Do you have any military connections?
