Results: Trump relates?

Donald Trump said on Sunday, "I can relate," to the nearly one million Federal workers who are not being paid (and, therefore, cannot pay their bills) due to the government shutdown. Do you think that it is possible for someone reportedly worth three billion dollars to understand what it is like to not receive a paycheck upon which they depend to pay their bills?
