Results: Do you use crutch words?

Crutch words are what some people use to fill in time when they're thinking of what to say. They include ‘basically’, ‘seriously’, ‘actually’, ‘like’ & ‘um’. A lot of the time they don’t even notice they're using them but when they do they make themselves seem nervous, unsure or confused. Um, so…if you do, why? Because it can really get on others people's nerves.
