A training document given to middle school teachers states not to use phrases such as 'boys & girls', 'you guys' or 'ladies and gentleman' and suggests asking kids to line up by their preferences, i.e. 'skateboards or bikes', milk or juice' , dogs or cats'. What do you think of this idea? Its ridiculous.
