MacKenzie Bezos, who split from the American billionaire Jeff Bezos (Founder of Amazon.com) earlier this year, acquired 4% of the multinational company in the divorce settlement. MacKenzie joined Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Richard Branson in the Giving Pledge which is set up by Gates and billionaire investor Warren Buffet as a way for the wealthiest people in the world to give to charity.
