Results: Music (And Dance) Can Move Mountains

Perhaps nothing can bring out the emotions (and often the accompanying waterworks) than music. Add the right dance arrangement, and it can bring you to your feet and to tears. If the song "Imagine" wasn't emotional enough, add a rendition beautifully sung by Emeli Sandé, and then a young dance troupe out of Las Vegas called The Rock Company who recently brought the judges, audience and me to tears with their beautiful contemporary dance on World Of Dance (on NBC), inspired by the victims of shooting tragedy of last year in their home town. I absolutely love dance shows, and my favorite has always been So You Think You Can Dance, with their exceptional young talent and great song selections -- usually I get many of my songs to download from this show. If that last routine did not get you, this one just might. This is a Travis Wall choreographed routine as a tribute to his ailing mother, and to make it even more emotional, the dancer in the piece had also been going through a health crisis with his own mother.
