Recently we purchased a smart TV. After it was set up I tried to use Cinemax and this smart TV showed me how dumb it was because it would not let me access it, and instead, asked if I wanted to upgrade to the gold package. I went to the Spectrum website and put in triple play silver package, and you know what? Cinemax was gone. I had received no letter, email, phone call asking if I want to continue to pay the same amount and have one fewer premium channel. I went to Facebook and asked them what was going on. I've yet to hear back. Have you had this experience concerning Cinemax recently, regardless of your carrier, if applicable? Yes
