I'm trying to find ways to make use of the juice in pickle jars, after the pickles have been used up, and thought I might as well bounce a few ideas off on the community here.

- Another use....pickle juice is great for a Hangover! So after a wild and crazy night...next morning take a swig of that juice and I promise you'll feel much better.

- For making sauces or dressings. I worked in a sub shop in high school and we used all that kind of stuff to make the dressing that went on the subs (kind of like an Italian dressing or something).
- put some hot peppers in the juice and then put hard boiled eggs in it and let it sit in the fridge for about 6 months. The eggs absorb the hotness as well as some juice. The hotter the better. My family has been doing this for years.
