I'm trying to find ways to make use of the juice in pickle jars, after the pickles have been used up, and thought I might as well bounce a few ideas off on the community here.

  • put some hot peppers in the juice and then put hard boiled eggs in it and let it sit in the fridge for about 6 months. The eggs absorb the hotness as well as some juice. The hotter the better. My family has been doing this for years.
