The annual carnival, which celebrates its 140th anniversary this year, is an end-of-summer ritual – one that includes trying all the wackiest foods they have to offer. Frozen Cookie Dough Spaghetti -- One of the most popular food attractions this year, this yummy summertime dessert is a production in and of itself. Watch as the staff from Eative, a Japanese-inspired café, spiral the ice cream "spaghetti" onto your plate before topping it all off with your choice of strawberry, chocolate or caramel sauce. Don't forget the icing sugar "parmesan"!
