Bubble tea comes in a variety of flavours and are typically served either hot or cold with milk, assorted toppings and a large colourful straw. Popular toppings include tapioca pearls, coconut, lychee, mango, passion fruit, aloe, herbal jelly, sago, sweet pudding and red bean.
