Northwest Territories, Hay River - Back Eddy Cocktail Lounge & Restaurant - Former owner, Linda Duford (pictured), claims along with her parents, to have seen something pass through the restaurant. They are all pretty sure the vision they saw was the building's previous owner — he had worked in the building for about 50 years before he died. And then, there's what Duford calls the "Michelin Man." A man from Fort Resolution who passed away was too big to fit in a casket, so the people who transported him to Hay River wrapped him in a big white sheet. It was around this time she and her father saw a rather large, ghostlike man appear near the restaurant's door. She said he looked like the Michelin Man, because he was wearing a big puffy jacket. Other sightings include the shadow of a tall cowboy floating above the ground with no feet. Have you ever dined at this restaurant?

Nova Scotia, Halifax - The Five Fishermen Restaurant - Halifax's The Five Fishermen Restaurant is swarming with spirits – and not just the drinking kind. Before it was converted into a seafood restaurant in 1975, this historic building functioned as a funeral home (!) during two horrific events – the Halifax explosion in 1917, which killed 2,000 people, and the sinking of the Titanic. Today, staff and diners report eerie incidents, from cutlery mysteriously moving, to being touched, to apparition sightings. Have you ever dined at this restaurant?

Ontario, Ottawa - Beckta Dining and Wine Bar - Some swear that Ottawa's Beckta Dining and Wine Bar houses the ghost of James Alexander Grant, a doctor who built the property in 1875 and died there in 1920. Rumour has it that the late surgeon practiced his craft onsite (including dissecting a human brain at a nighttime gathering) and had a morgue in the basement. Paranormal activity has included reports of shadowy figures, mysterious coughing (Grant supposedly loved cigars), and plates crashing to the floor. Have you ever dined at this restaurant?
