Recently, General Mills announced that their original Cheerios will become GMO-free, but that they may contain trace amounts. Also, they say it is hard to make other varieties "GMO-free" because they are made with corn. Do you think they should still be able to make the claim that the original Cherrios would be free from GMOs if there are still trace amounts?

I have a theory that the only way to get GMOs gone is to follow suit from other countries. They have demanded that GMOs are banned. I feel this is the only way for natural, organic products to get the price lower. I find that many reasons why people do not choose organic/natural is they cost too much. Do you think this could happen throughout the United States?
