A Texan woman named Helen Costa-Giles has been hosting free workout sessions in her driveway for the past four years. Sometimes up to 20 people participate in the 5:30am workout sessions. Costa-Giles says, "it doesn't need to be a fancy gym. It doesn't need to be a special program. It just needs to be people."
