I have trouble sleeping so my doctor prescribed Ativan to help me relax so I am not "thinking" so much. Do you take anything prescribed or over the counter so your mind will settle down and let you sleep? Yes, I take an over the counter sleep aid.

When you settle down at night to go to sleep, do you remove your phone or tablet from your bedroom so you aren't tempted to take a peek? I don't bring my cell or tablet into my bedroom as it is a distraction from sleep.
