I have trouble sleeping so my doctor prescribed Ativan to help me relax so I am not "thinking" so much. Do you take anything prescribed or over the counter so your mind will settle down and let you sleep?

I don't bring my cell or tablet into my bedroom as it is a distraction from sleep.
