Known as Canadiana Village, just outside the town of Rawdon, this village consists of forty buildings that dot the property, such as a general store, a mill, a church and even a saloon. Some were built for movie shoots; many others are authentic ancestral homes transplanted from all over Quebec. The property was used for several movies, including the 2007 Bob Dylan movie "I'm Not There". The village has been rented out for weddings, photo shoots, and was a popular spot for school field trips, before it was put up for sale. However, only one house in the village is actually livable, so I guess you could call it a major "fixer-upper". Still interested?
