Results: Do you plan to get a second air conditioner for your home as the weather is getting warmer each year?

As we suffered a heat wave last year in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I have purchased a backup air conditioner which I think will come in handy. I will only use it if really necessary as I plan to have a few more fans around the apartment. I am sure having a backup is smart.
