I am a woman. I have been female all of my life and I am proud of it. My previous survey was precarious worker. Here that’s not the case. I have been working through the recruiter near about 11 months. Recently company hired a male who also was working through the recruiter. But he worked only 5 months. I tried to get hired every possible way as I could. Such as submit my resume and talk to the hiring manager. I believe this is gender issue. Because two males get hired whom joined the company after me. Now I don’t know what to do.
