Results: Do you feel the "Robin Hooders" are bullies and should stop feeding parking meters?

In one New England city a group of young men calling themselves "Robin Hooders" are going up and down the downtown shopping district feeding the parking meters before they expire. Since starting their "Robin Hooding," the city's ticket revenues are going down. Some locals feel their actions are getting in the way of ticket agents doing their jobs and are intimidating, harassing, and bullying employees.
