Kpop fandoms are not only know for their very organized ways, but they are also know for giving extravagant/expensive gifts to their idols. Kpop fandoms have have brought their idols luxury brands such as designer bags, clothes, ipads, mac computers, a recording studio, beds, etc.. There have been some comments from people outside of the fandom saying that it's ridiculous to spend thousands and thousands of $$$ on their idols. While fans argue that it's their own $$$ so they can spend it on how they would like. Do you think it is ridiculous to spend $$$ on their idol?

Not only do kpop fandoms give expensive gifts to their idols, they also have given their idols meaningful/thoughtful gifts as well. Just recently, Chinese fans of the kpop boy group BANGTAN, bought the youngest member, Jungkook, a star for their 1st year anniversary since they debuted. They wrote a message to him stating: Because we didn't know what we should give him for the first anniversary's present, so we bought a star registered under our dazzling Jungkook's name. Hope that when he's happy, or upset in the upcoming days he'll always remember that he's someone who brings someone else hope, and also we hope that he'll remember his first goal and will continue to work harder♥. Do you think this was a cute/thoughtful gesture or a waste of money.

Kpop fandoms are also known to plan special events for their idols. There are times where the Fandom representative will meet with the groups music label and plan these surprises. Kpop boy group 2PM have a song titled "Thank You," which is dedicated to their fans, Hottest. The song expresses their gratitude towards their fans and for sticking with them through thick and thin. At the boys 1st concert, Hottest wanted to hold a surprise event for the boys and wrote a reply to the song "Thank You." Do you think that this was a sweet gesture?
