My local newspaper reported that a 37 year old man was charged with "voyeurism for a sexual purpose". A 21 year old woman was shopping in a store when the accused, a stranger, repeatedly brushed up against her and attempted to engage her in conversation. She ignored him and walked away but he followed her and used a cellphone to take a picture up her skirt. Using store surveillance video and the victim's description, police identified and arrested the man. Has this ever happened to you?
