I like craft-making; often I take old small boxes such as empty band-aid boxes, fill them up, then seal and decorate them in various ways. For the stuffing, I usually round up old scrap paper or tags. If you make crafts which require stuffing, do you use this sort of ready material?

By snipping the paper into small, confetti-sized pieces, I am able to fit more into a single container than by simply crumpling and stuffing them in. While this does take a bit of time, if there's a lot of paper required, it makes for good hand exercise when I'm watching a program or listening to music. If you do use scrap paper for stuffing crafts, do you economize it in this way?
Sure do!
