A New Zealand woman recently left her newborn alone in the car while she did some shopping. Attached to the baby was a note with her phone number, instructing those who saw it to call if the baby needed anything.

it all depends on the age of the child. can they unlock the door and get out on their own? they are old enough to be left alone in the car. i'd say 4 and up, but not by themselves. my brother and i were left in the car when my mom did errands no prob 0.07% 1
