Is the concept of faith foolish?

Does faith extend only to formal religions?

Does it take faith to be an Atheist?

Seeing how theories such as the 'Big Bang theory', the 'Evolution theory' and a the 'old earth theory' are all...theories; Does it not take faith to believe these theories, just like for religion? (Consider the fact that all of these theories are unobservable, and not duplicatable, meaning it is historical science that draws conclusions about the untestable, unrepeatable, unobservable past.)

Many non-Christians say "I don't trust the Bible because it was written by man"! But considering the fact that no scientists can go back in time to observe, examine, and perform repeatable controlled scientific tests to evaluate what has happened, doesn't that nullify the "man wrote the Bible so I don't believe it" argument?

I have learned over the years that science and the Bible correlate heavily. Do you agree?
