In certain parts of Florida, there are no toll booth attendants. If you do not have a Sunpass and drive through a toll without paying, a picture of your liscence plate will be taken and you will receive a bill in the mail. Is this fair for tourists driving in Florida who do not know about the Sunpass system? Yes
